Air cooled screw water chiller

<Microcomputer control
(1). Adopt SIEMENS PLC which is with programmable touch panel controller.
(2). Monitoring the inlet/outlet chilled water temperature automatically. Through PLC control the slide valve automatically which will adjust the compressor load.
(3). Recording the alarm and the corresponding time automatically, and give the tips to handle the problem.

- . The main International advance semi-closed screw compressor in which electric motor and compressor are organically integrated to ensure no leakage of the shaft sealing;
- . Control programs for start and stoppage are applied to double or multiple compressors so as to balance the load and extend the service life of each component;
- . Several refrigeration circuits are provided for double or more compressors. When one circuits needs maintenance, other circuits can work properly as alternative circuits;
- . The compressor is started wit unloading and depression to avoid the impact to the power grid.
<Comprehensive security protection
- . Pressure protection: high pressure protection and low pressure protection;
- . Anti-freezing protection: the unit shall be stopped when the freezing water is too low;
- . Safe valve protection: when the refrigerant pressure exceeds the given valves, the safety relief valve will be automatically started.
- . All the aforementioned protection can ensure the unit a safe and stable operation.
<Low cost for operation and maintenance
- . The unit can be controlled by intelligent program in accordance with the needs of the load. 100%, 75%, 50%, 25%(start up), 0. By so doing, the energy can be saved;
- . The number of all components of screw compressor is 10% of load of the reciprocating compressor. The former is structurally simple, with fewer vulnerable components. Besides, it is not equipped with inlet and outlet valve and is of extremely low failure rate due to its low insensitivity to humidity itinerary;
- . The screw compressor can run for 40,000hours without any failure.
<Easy installation
- . The unit is so structurally compact that is only covers a little floorage to save the space of the machine room.
- . Before the unit leaving the factory, HAYE has tested the chiller to make sure the chiller without problem.
- . As for the air cooled chiller, customer only need to connect the chilled water pipe and no cooling tower needed.
